CENIT relies heavily on volunteers from all over the world in many of its various programs. As a CENIT volunteer, you will work in a team environment according to your interests. In this placement volunteers (in groups of 3 to 4) go out to five working sectors to carry out activities.
This Street Outreach program aims to establish positive mentoring relationships with these neglected children, to encourage them to return to school and to assist them with immediate problems.


Volunteer must be of age 18 or above with minimum education of high school. Volunteer can assist in the following tasks:
Volunteers prepare academic, artistic and social activities for street and working children. Volunteers are also looked at as being informal role models and mentors to these children who may not have other adult supports in their lives.
Volunteers should be willing to foster "hands-on" relationships through activities with the children that they encounter.
