Description:
One of MADD's most widely recognized programs, Victim Impact Panels are presentations given by victim survivors of drunk driving crashes TO first or second time DUI offenders who have been ordered by the court or probation department to attend. Our goal is for these offenders to hear first hand from real people who have been affected by the crime of drunk driving.
