Description:
The charity WORLDwrite needs volunteers aged 16 to 25 with ambition to work on a special project entitled London Behind the Scenes in the run up to the Olympics. No skills are needed and newcomers to London and the UK are especially welcome. Designed from scratch by volunteers with carefully scrutinised facts and places, they will uncover and tell many a hidden story and promote global equality in the process. The charity needs a Tour Database Coordinator to keep databases of information for schools, newspapers, individuals and more besides carefully up-to-date. Time input is entirely flexible for this role. An uncompromising commitment to supporting people coming to the UK from all over the world is essential.
An ability to use Microsoft Access at a basic level is required. A commitment to global equality is a must!
How to Apply:
Contact one of WORLDwrite's Volunteer Coordinators Emma Grant or Aisha Forbes at world.write@btconnect.com and visit the website www.worldwrite.org.uk for more information.
