Volunteer acupuncturists needed to provide free acupuncture to Low Income Women who have Cancer at the Charlotte Maxwell Complementary Clinic!

The Charlotte Maxwell Complementary Clinic is a state-licensed primary care holistic health clinic with locations in both Oakland and San Francisco that provides free complementary alternative medicine treatments to low-income women who have cancer. We have been providing these services free of charge for over 15 years.

In addition to alternative medicine we also offer social work services to support all aspects of our client’s lives.

We offer continuing education units to acupuncturists.

Come join this unique and fulfilling volunteer community!

Opportunities to volunteer in both San Francisco and Oakland. Volunteers offer a minimum of 4 hours per month.
