Description:

Can you support Sparks in the community (SITC)?

Approximately 1 in 30 babies in the UK are born with a health condition that will affect them, and their families for the rest of their lives. Sparks mission is to help all babies be born healthy and stay healthy. We raise money to give all babies the best start in life – a healthy one.

By raising funds in your community you will not only help us to fund medical research to help more babies be born healthy and stay healthy, but you will also be helping to raise awareness of Sparks and the work we do.
There are a number of ways you can support Sparks in your community:
•By becoming a SITC leader and setting up a group
•Raising money in your local area from a one-off event or activity
•Taking on the Champions Challenge!

Volunteers are home based and will work in their local area. You will need an interest in raising funds for research, have good communication skills, a polite and friendly manner and ability to work on own initiative.
