Description:
Kayan welcomes volunteers and interns all year round, from Israel and from all over the world. Volunteers and interns from abroad normally remain with us for one to three months.
Volunteers and interns contribute to all fields of our work, depending on their skills and interests. At the same time, our volunteers and interns have the chance to discover Kayan, participate in our workshops, seminars and conferences, and get to know Palestinian women in Israel.
Kayan does not provide remuneration for interns and volunteers, nor can we provide accommodation or reimburse travel expenses. Accommodation, travel and visa have to be arranged by the intern or volunteer. We will be happy to advise you on these matters.
To assist in Public Relations, fundraising, editing and administration, we require:
Fluency, written and spoken, in at least one of Kayan`s working languages: Arabic, Hebrew and English.
Education in a related field and/or relevant professional experience.
