Develop the talents and motivation of neglected and impoverished children through football! Experience a true Cameroonian welcome from the children of Cameroon, surrounded by the natural beauty of Africa, and truly integrate yourself into a friendly and hospitable culture. Teach underpriviledged children and give them the opportunity to make something of their lives. In your spare time you can swim in waterfalls, spot elephants, baboons, crocodiles, and antelope on the African plains, dance and socialise to the Cameroonian beats.

This includes food, accomodation, and transportation

Transportation
You will be collected from Douala airport by our staff representative and after a period of briefing and familiarisation you will be escorted to your project location .

Accommodation
You will be offered clean and comfortable accommodation with a welcoming Cameroonian host. You will have your own room, flushing toilet, shower, bed linen and internet is available locally.

Food
During your stay you will enjoy three delicious meals a day sampling national dishes such as fufu, a delicious treat of mashed yams, rice, or corn. Try this with the thick soup which is a national staple, you will experience a truly authentic glimpse of life in Cameroon. Vegetarians are welcome and can easily be catered for.

Work

Your activity programme will usually run 5 days a week, mornings and afternoons, with evenings free to enjoy as you wish, and will include a wide variety of fun activities. It will be focused around working with primary and secondary school age children who you will be working with throughout. You will be so much more than a teacher to them, as their mentor and friend you will lead them on a football training schedule designed to be enjoyable and educational. Whilst working on this project, you are encouraged to be creative and bring your own unique skills and personality to enliven and enrich the experience of the kids in your care. Key elements of the training scedule will include:

* Physical and fitness training and exercise
* Training matches and league matches
* Ball control and tactical play
* Team strategy and team selection;
