Description:
If you are looking to truly become a global citizen, gain knowledge about other cultures and countries, and get valuable work experience, the Peace Corps is a wonderful way to do just that. We currently have 26 different programs (which fall under Education, Engineering & Environment, Health & Water Sanitation, Business & I.T., Agriculture & Forestry, or Community & Youth Development) in over 70 countries worldwide and we are looking for people who are adventurous, flexible, creative and professional!
These 27-month assignments include all transportation and living expenses, three months intensive language and skills training, full medical and dental care, graduate school opportunities, 24 vacation days a year, and a $6,000 readjustment allowance upon completion. Many student loans can be deferred during Peace Corps service.

More than 8,000 volunteers are serving at all ages in a variety of fields in 76 countries across the globe. The Peace Corps is a 27-month commitment. Volunteers must be at least 18 (no upper age limit), U.S. citizens, in good health and possess professional education or skills requested by one of our partner countries.
