Description:

Help the Sexual Assault Resource Center of Washington County by volunteering and making a difference in your community. Volunteers are needed to work the 24 hour support line, advocate for survivors, and help participate in the 'Walk a Mile in Her Shoes' event. Whether you think you can handle it or not the 40 hour training will make you ready.
Remember
- 1 in 5 woman (and 1 in 10 men) will be victims of sexual assault at some point in there lives
- SARC works to provide immediate assistance and support to survivors
- Through this training you can have an immediate and direct positive impact in your community
