How familiar are you with our neighborhood?
The Phoenix Central Neighborhood Association is an Internet based, not-for-profit, voluntary organization.
Our purpose is to create a dialogue with residents, property owners and those who hold a business license within our geographical boundaries of Indian School and Thomas roads and 7th Avenue and 3rd Street about business, crime, education, entertainment, politics, sports and transportation issues happening within our neighborhood. We use Blogs and the functionality of RSS (Real Simple Syndication) feeds and incorporate links to social networking sites to assist in distributing content about news and events happening within our boundaries.
We are seeking News Videographers who are familiar with our geographical boundaries to film news and event content for each of our sites page categories (Business, Crime, Education, Entertainment, Politics, Sports and Transportation). We prefer that you reside within our boundaries. It is not a requirement.
Duties include gathering and video taping content for either of our categories, formatting and uploading the video to YouTube.com and emailing the link to that video, so we may embed it into our home page.
We will provided a "splash" image to be display at the beginning and end of each video. This image can be found at the bottom of the following page:
