Description:

Hale Farm and Village is currently looking for volunteers to aid in various gardening and caretaking tasks.

Volunteer should have a desire to work with general visitors to museum, families and school age children, a willingness to work on an individual basis, creativity and a friendly, pleasant and helpful manner.

Projects include:
Weeding, planting, tilling, watering, mulching. Any one skill or combination of these skills will be considered.

Some heavy lifting may be required, i.e. pushing wheelbarrow, 30- 50 # bags of fertilizer, etc., and maneuvering roto-tiller.
