Description:
The Interactive Parenting Media Outreach Ambassador will:
o Engage parents and families in conversation about our radio programs.
o Pass out postcards and outreach materials at events.
o Look for public events at which to pass out our outreach materials.
o Represent Interactive Parenting Media at farmer’s markets, supermarkets, special events, and other public locations and situations.
o Take pictures at events.
o Through conversation, learn about what topics that interest parents so we can better serve the community.
Skills required:
o Respectful communication including sensitivity to cultural differences.
o Responsibility and dependability.
o The ability to approach and converse with strangers.
o A good sense of humor
