As a College and Career Coach, you can

-Help adult learners explore their interests and goals
-Provide higher education and training program resources
-Help adult learners prepare for interviews, write resumes and develop job searching skills

No previous tutoring experience is necessary; training is provided. The only qualifications are

-Ability to speak, read and write English
-Dependable, prompt
-Patient, flexible
-Respectful of differences
-Able to maintain confidentiality

Familiarity with adult basic education, post-secondary education or employment resources preferred.
