Description:

The Education & Job Information Center at Brooklyn Public Library/Central Library is looking for an enthusiastic volunteer willing to provide math tutoring for Library patrons of different ages. Expertise is needed to address the principles and basic operations of GED, High School, College Entrance Preparation, and freshman Nursing School mathematics, among others. This is an ongoing position and will be housed in the Central Library, located at 10 Grand Army Plaza. Eligibility requirements: Bachelor’s Degree (preferable major in Mathematics).
