Description:
DESCRIPTION: Volunteers help to provide for the medical needs of our resident cats. Volunteers give oral, topical and subcutaneous medications. They also monitor our cats' overall health and give supplemental feedings.
DESIRED QUALITIES: Ideal position for pre-vet students. We are willing to train, but prefer some cat handling experience or strong interest in veterinary medicine.
HOURS: Morning (8am-12noon) and afternoon (3pm-7pm) shifts available everyday.
TIME COMMITMENT: This position requires a minimum of eight hours per month, consisting of two shifts of four hours each.
