My school would like to share a table with another school. Do you allow this?

Answer:

Schools are only permitted to share a table with another school when the fair in question is full, when both schools are satisfied with the arrangement, and when both schools are from the same campus. Typically one school has already registered for the fair, and a second school asks that first school to share. The registered school must contact us to let us know they plan to share their table and with whom. We will include the unregistered school on the handout that school seekers receive only after the registered school as notified us. We also would like to know of all table-sharing situations so that we can ensure we have ordered the right amount of food.
