How do I transfer credits to an affiliate organization?

You can transfer credits to your organization's chapters, affiliates, and partners by following these steps:

1. Log in to your individual account from the right side of the homepage. You will be taken to your Control Panel.
2. Click on the "Groups and Listings" tab and then on the "Edit & Post" link found next to the name of your organization.
3. You will be taken to your Entry & Update Menu. On the right side of the screen, click "Transfer job credits".
4. Click "Continue" after entering the number of job credits and to whom you would like to transfer. *You must enter the name of the organization exactly as it appears on Idealist.org.

If you have made a transfer in error, you will have a few minutes to undo the operation. After that time, you will have to request that the receiving organization transfer the credits back to you.

To view your transfer history, click on the link "Transfer job credits" on the right side of the screen. In the middle of the screen, you will see the link to "See your transfer history."
