What policies should we have about planned giving?

I am looking for samples of planned giving policies from other non-profit orgs.
I realize these are agency-specific but would appreciate any drafts readers are willing to share.

our Donor-Defined Funds, which implies planned giving.
Our
general policy on these funds is at
http://www.vcnet.com/~cffop/donordefined.pdf. We also have a
specific policy for each such fund. However, with the general
policy, a specific policy is often only a half-page or less.
We do not have a policy relating to structured donations, but
those are addressed at http://www.vcnet.com/~cffop/donations.html.
