What is my Basic Information?
Answer:
Your Basic Information is the contact and location information you provided about yourself when you signed up as an Idealist Member. It contains the email address we will contact you at, the password you use to login with, your first name, the country, state [if applicable] and city you live in as well as your postal code.
You can view your Basic Information by doing the following:
- Login to your Member account by going to our homepage and filling in your login information in the Member Login field on the right side of the screen.
- Now you will see your Control Panel page. Click underneath My Profiles the link that says “Click here to do it.”
- The menu will expand to show your different profiles. Click “Basic Information” to view your basic profile or “Edit” to the right of “Basic Information” to change this information.
