How do I change my Basic Information (email address, password, location)?

To change your basic information, including your email address, password, and location, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your individual account from the right side of the homepage. If you do not remember your password, you can have it sent to you by clicking on the "Lost your password?" link.
2. Click on the "Personal Profiles" tab of your Control Panel.
3. Click on "Edit," to the right of "Basic Information." Change your the desired information and click on the "Submit" button.

Please note:If you change your email address, a verification email will be sent to your new email address. You must click on the verification link in order to confirm the change. If you do not receive this email, please look for it in your Spam/Junk mail folder.
