Managing Your Account

How do I check if I have access to my group’s account?

Answer:

In order to access your organization's account, you must have an individual account that is associated to your organization's account.

If you do not have an individual account, click here to be led through the process of creating an individual account and accessing your organization's account.

If you already have an individual account, you can check if you have access to your organization's account by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your individual account from the right side of the homepage
  2. Once you have logged in to your account, you will see your Control Panel. Click on the "Groups and Listings" tab.
  3. If you are associated to your organization, it will be listed here. To access your organization's account, click on the "Edit & Post" link that appears next to its name.
If you are not associated to your organization, click on "List your organization, group or consultancy."

Please note: there are two levels of access: Full and Limited. Full access allows you to grant/revoke account privileges, post listings, pay invoices, and use all other features available to organizations.

If you do not see the link to "Let others update your group," it means that you have limited access to your organization's account.
If you need full access to your account, please contact us.
