Does my individual account have to be connected to or associated with my group or organization’s profile?

If you wish to manage your group or organization’s profile in any way, you must associate your individual account to the group or organization’s profile. Other Idealist Members will not see that you are associated to your organization unless you have created a Personal Profile.
