Who should be in charge of our Idealist record?

Which staff member you put in charge of your Idealist profile is at your discretion. However, we do require that the individual be a full-time, permanent staff member so that in case there are any questions about your record in the future, there is a reliable person to contact.

Depending how your organization sees it best to utilize Idealist services, any number of individuals may be responsible for your Idealist record: HR Managers, Volunteer Coordinators, Directors of Community Affairs, or Office Managers are some common record contacts.

Multiple people may have full or limited privileges to use your account on Idealist.
