Managing Your Account

How does my company renew our membership?

Answer:

If you wish to renew the membership for your company that is already listed in the Consultant Directory, please make sure your company is associated to your Idealist Member account.


If you already have access to your Company profile, follow these steps:
  1. Login to your Member account on the right side of our homepage.
  2. On your Control Panel, click the "Groups and Listings" tab. Click "Edit & Post" next to your company’s name.
  3. If your membership has already expired, when you log in here you will be immediately prompted to select your membership for either $50/six months or $95/year. Membership renewal invoices must be paid by credit card.
If your membership is set to expire within one month, you will see a reminder to renew it once you are logged in. Click where it says "Renew my membership" and follow the prompts.

At any time when your membership is active, you may check your membership status from your company's account. On the right side of the page you will see a box titled "You are managing:" and in the middle of the box is the phrase "Your membership has been activated." Click "Membership" to see when your membership will expire.

Note: Payment for membership grants your company access to the directory and a listing of your company's profile only. The membership fee does not include job postings, which require a fee of $60 each. You will be invoiced for each job separately at the time of posting.
