Yes. We require that all consultants, recruiting firms, vendors, and freelancers establish membership on Idealist for their company. Why? Because this ensures that we know who is responsible for posting listings and payment.

In addition, Idealist strives to offer job seekers transparency in posting and hiring practices. Individuals typically like to be aware of who is posting a listing, managing the hiring process and who will ultimately review their application. In our experience, there not all job seekers wish to apply for positions posted by consultants for a variety of personal reasons.
