My client already has a record with Idealist. May I post a job listing using their account?

Every organization has the right to determine who has access to their record's login information. If a nonprofit or government client chooses to share this information with you so that you may post in their record, that is their privilege and is completely at their discretion. An authorized staff member at the organization must either provide the log-in information to you directly or contact us giving us permission to provide the login information to you. Under no circumstance will we provide login information to a consultant without the organization's consent in writing.

Please note that nonprofit organizations and government agencies utilize Idealist's services for much more than job postings, and they may deny your request for access to their record for any reason.
