When will my organization, group or company be billed?

For nonprofit organizations and groups, you are billed immediately upon submitting a job (if you do not have a job pack) or registering for a Fair. An invoice is generated and is available online within your Idealist account. You can print invoices from your internet browser if you need a paper copy. Invoices may be paid by credit card or you may send us a check. Please note the invoice number on the memo line of the check.

For consultants, vendors, and freelancers, you are billed once you select your membership type ($50/6 months or $95/year) the first time you log in. You must pay this membership fee by credit card to have access to any other services, including posting jobs. Once you pay for membership, each time you post a job, you are invoiced immediately upon submission of that job ($60 per job title). All invoices are available online within your Idealist record. They may be paid by credit card or you may send us a check. Please note the invoice number on the memo line of the check.
