What does it cost to register, and what does the money go toward?

During the 2009 season, the cost to table the fair will be $395 for some of the events and $295 for most. Please check the web page for each fair city to determine the cost to attend the event. Some of this goes toward Idealist's expenses (travel, staff time, and office supplies for the fair) and toward catering for the exhibitors. Action Without Borders/Idealist.org is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and we use any additional funds to support organizational work to educate those in school or working in the nonprofit sector about their graduate school options.
We expect attending institutions to pay the invoice they create by a month prior to the event.
