What is the cancellation policy for graduate degree fairs?
Answer:
We have limited space at the fairs and these fill up very quickly. We appreciate knowing about cancellations as soon as possible so we can offer your table to a school on the waiting list and give them enough lead time to make last minute staffing and travel arrangements.
Cancellations must be made before September 1, 2008 in order to receive a full refund. Those made on or after September 1, 2008 will receive a 50% refund of the total cost. Within a week of the event, no refund will be given. Should you need to cancel your registration for a fair, please contact the Graduate Education Program Team at gradfairs@idealist.org. Please put “Table Cancellation in ” in the subject line.
