Will there be parking? Will it be free?

Sometimes the host institution provides parking directions, and sometimes it does not. If the host has made parking recommendations, they will be listed under "Directions" (see the previous question). If the host's directions don't seem clear, click here to contact us.
Parking costs vary from fair to fair and depend entirely on the host institution (whether they have a parking lot, whether they make it available for fair participants). We highly recommend using public transportation.
To find out more about parking and public transportation options, go to www.idealist.org/gradfairs and choose your grad fair city in the right-hand column. On the next web page in the top right-hand column, there is an information box where you can click on the "Directions" link. Clicking on "Directions" will display more information about parking and public transportation options in addition to the venue name, address, and a link to directions and a map.
