Where and when can I ship materials?

Shipping addresses differ for each fair. Please go to the grad fair page, click on the specific fair you are attending, and scroll all the way down to see shipping instructions. Packages should arrive at the venue no sooner than a week prior to the fair. Please mark packages with "Idealist.org Graduate School Fair" and your school name. Please note that boxes get lost in the mail. We encourage you to carry extra materials with you. Idealist.org nor the host school are responsible for any lost materials.
