May my organization attend a Career Fair even if we are not hiring for an immediate opening?

Organizations at our Career Fairs should either be hiring now or hiring in the near future and be currently accepting applications. Individuals at the Career Fairs are under the expectation that all organizations will accept resumes for current or future openings. If you are not currently hiring, you should still be prepared to speak about the types of candidates your organization typically seeks and accept resumes from interested individuals.
