As a sponsor, what should I bring for my table at the Opportunities Fair?
Answer:
Please bring what you feel best represents your organization. In the past, sponsors have brought items ranging from full exhibit displays, to open position descriptions, to handouts, to fun giveaways. About 1,000 participants are expected at the conference; please keep this in mind regarding your item quantities. We will send out information when we get closer to the event regarding numbers of attendees so that you can plan accordingly. Please keep in mind that the Opportunities Fair space is not set up for wireless internet access. Also, you may want to bring sign-up sheets, as most participants will not have business cards.
