How do I join an Affinity Group?

Joining an Affinity Group is simple!
First, you must sign up for an individual Idealist account.
Once you have created an account, you can join an Affinity Group by following these steps:
- Log in to your individual account from the right side of the homepage. You will be taken to your Control Panel.
- Search for the profile of the Affinity Group that you are interested in joining.
- From the profile of the Affinity Group, click the link to “Join this Group,” located along the right side of the screen in the “For this group” box.
- After you join a group, return to your Control Panel and click on the "Groups and Listings" tab. Under the heading “Groups that I’m connected to," you will see the name of the Affinity Group(s) that you joined.
