Packages should arrive in Chicago no sooner than October 2, 2007. For your convenience, we have created a detailed shipping instructions sheet. Please download, print, and attach this sheet to your box.

Please note that boxes can get lost in the mail. We encourage you to carry extra materials with you. The Hyatt, University of Chicago and Idealist.org are not responsible for any lost materials. In addition, if you plan on sending boxes back to your school after the fair, please come prepared with payment information.
Lodging
Idealist.org did not make group reservations, so you will need to make reservations on your own. Please go to the Chicago Convention and Tourism Bureau and use the search feature on the left-hand side. Search for hotels in downtown Chicago, specifically South/South Loop. Feel free to choose one of these hotels or one of your own.
