Packages should arrive at DU no sooner than October 11, 2007. For your convenience, we have created a detailed shipping instructions sheet. Please download, print, and attach this sheet to your box.

Please note that boxes can get lost in the mail. We encourage you to carry extra materials with you. Neither DU nor Idealist.org are responsible for any lost materials. In addition, if you plan on sending boxes back to your school after the fair, please come prepared with payment information.
Lodging
Idealist.org did not make group reservations, so you will need to make reservations on your own. There are several hotels in proximity to campus. Many offer a discount for visits related to the University of Denver. Some hotels offer shuttle services to and from the university or you can call a taxi (303) 333-3333 or (303) 777-7777.
