A workplace without isms
Date: August 20, 2:53pm
Many people and organizations believe that they are free from being agents of isms but the reality is that this is just not true. If someone were to come to your place of work, school, organization, or any institution you associate yourself with how would you see them changing the environment? What ism do you believe they could work on ending? How would you assist them?

ending isms starts with ending them in one's life by placing people before convenience, and politics and advantage, or any idea of how should things should be in an ideal world. Planning and theorizing and setting forth goals and criteria are how we manage our work, but we succeed by taking care of business here and now each customer at a time. I asked my father how he managed to become a millionaire between 1929 and 1933 after coming to the USA with nothing but his wife at the hight of the worst crash in USA history. he said: Take care of the customer. If you take care of the customer, you have nothing to worry about because the customer will always need you. That is certainly the secret of Mandela, of Mother Theresa, of Eleanor Roosevelt, of Sojourner Truth, of Salahuddin Eyyube, of Bach.
