I just joined this group. I live in St. Louis City. I am here for a year through a service program called AmeriCorps VISTA (domestic peaccorps). I am working with an organization called SGSM Network (formally known as South Grand Senior Ministry). If you guys are still looking for a volunteer opportunity may I suggest volunteering with us. We work in St. Louis city and North County. We work with low-income eldery in areas of minor home repair, health and transportation, and social programs (to get seniors out of the house).
