I am looking for someone to review and critique bylaws before our non-profit launches. I have talked to attorneys and they aren't interested. They want to 'boiler plate' the bylaws and I am not interested in that or their outrageous fees for 'boiler plate' bylaws.

If you know of someone or an organization that can review and critique bylaws it would be much appreciated. We are located in CA so preferably someone familiar with CA.
