For as little as the cost of dinner and a movie you can change lives. Your gift today will mean the difference between life and death . . . despair and hope . . . for orphaned children and widows of Nakuru.
Because of people like you and those who share our values and passion it's the most fun a human being can have. The money we raise as a team will transform the lives of 11,000 people, over 3000 of them children, in Kaptembwa and neighbouring Ronda slum areas.A desperately impoverished slum in Kaptembwa, Kenya. When we started , this community was in need of everything: clean water, food, education, health care and above all the comfort we enjoy ourselves in our homes.
Participating in the donation process allows you to be a part of:
* Building a community center, which will house the community’s first medical clinic, an children education center, more classrooms, a waste recycling co-operative, and a facility to expand the food program.
* Bringing clean water to the community for the first time.
* Installing Information&Communication Technology Facilty as a tool for education and business.
* Establishing micro-finance projects.
* Moving closer to our goal of feeding all hungry children in Kaptembwa.
