Description:
A Wider Circle is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering children and adults to break the cycles of poverty and poor health. Our comprehensive wellness programming helps individuals gain greater control of their well-being, while the delivery of furniture, home goods and more helps individuals and families meet their basic needs.
The Public Housing Wellness Intern will assist in program development for low-income seniors, disabled individuals, and families living in public housing. They will create daily schedules of activities including arts and crafts, computer training, and health education.
