Your mission…
We are looking for an experienced event planner to plan and throw our annual Holiday Party in December! The ideal candidate will have experience planning parties and/or company events within San Francisco, and is comfortable working with a limited budget. This person knows how to bargain and may have connections around town to help us throw a fantastic celebration for our staff, volunteers and board of directors with limited resources.
Your qualifications…
• Ability to conceive, organize, and execute events from start to finish, while keeping customer needs and budget restrictions in mind
• Good imagination and an eye for detail
• Experience planning company events in the city of San Francisco
• Excellent time management skills and ability to delegate in order to get the job done
• Superior organizational skills and communication skills
