Description:
NARAL Pro-Choice Missouri, the state's largest grassroots pro-choice organization, has been working to protect choice for over 35 years.
Our mission is to develop and sustain a constituency that uses the political process to guarantee every woman the right to make personal decisions regarding the full range of reproductive choices, including preventing unintended pregnancy, bearing healthy children, and choosing legal abortion.
As the political arm of the pro-choice movement, NARAL Pro-Choice Missouri is dedicated to electing more pro-choice legislators to the state house and senate.
The responsibilities of the Political/Elections Intern are:
*Assisting the Political and Field Director and the Political Action Committee in planning and executing independent expenditure campaigns to turn out pro-choice voters in targeted districts;
*Working with pro-choice candidates;
*Assisting the Political Action Committee in raising funds;
*10-15 hours in and out of the NARAL Pro-Choice Missouri office;
