Description:
Duties include marketing the clients and services of Fortune’s Career Development Unit to business and industry through regular mailings, phone calls and in-person meetings;
developing suitable job opportunities for client placement based on client skills, background and levels of education; and match clients completing the Career Development Job Readiness Workshop with developed jobs based on skills, background and levels of education.
Additional Qualifications:
•Two or more years of proven experience as a job developer; and Associates degree or better;
•Existing contacts with business and industry and Experience presenting to business and industry;
•Experience working with and placing similar populations;
