Description:
Cambridge Cares About AIDS (CCA) seeks two highly motivated, experienced managers to deliver high-quality, innovative HIV prevention and education programs to injection drug users, men who have sex with men (MSM) and transgender women.
The mission of Cambridge Cares About AIDS (CCA) is to respond to the HIV/AIDS epidemic by serving those most impacted by social and economic inequality. CCA provides accessible prevention, education, advocacy, and support services in accordance with harm reduction principles to help people meet self-identified goals.
Position Description:
Program Managers focus on the following key programmatic areas: (1) planning and implementation of day to day program activities; (2) staff supervision and professional development; (3) data monitoring and reporting; (4) continuous quality improvement of services and stakeholder relationships and (5) ensuring compliance with funder requirements.

Additional Qualifications:
Qualifications:
1. Experience working in a multi-cultural environment with issues that include HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis, active substance use, poverty, mental health and health disparities;
2. Commitment to harm reduction philosophy and experience delivering low-threshold, easily accessible services in a variety of community – based settings;
3. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills;
4. Strong public speaking skills and experience facilitating trainings;
5. Supervisory experience including recruitment, training and supporting a diverse workforce;
6. Experience providing motivational interviewing and harm reduction counseling;
7. Solid knowledge of social, legal, medical and financial needs of individuals at high
risk of HIV and Hepatitis C.
