Associate Vice President, Developmental Disabilities Residential Services
Established in 1934, F?E?G?S is one of the largest and most diversified not-for-profit health and human services organizations in the nation with an operating budget of approximately $265 million, operations in over 350 locations throughout metropolitan New York and a workforce of 4,000.
Our Developmental Disabilities Residential Division which operates over 100 residences serving over 300 individuals seeks a talented Associate Vice President to join our senior leadership team.
This position will be responsible for assisting in providing overall management direction and supervision to a large management team responsible for the delivery of program services; effectively collaborating with government entities, other provider agencies and families to assure the highest level of consumer-driven care; as well as participating in developing and executing a strategy for the division’s continued growth and expansion.
Additional Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of progressively responsible operations experience at a management level in the field of Intellectual Disabilities; knowledge of OMRDD funding, fiscal management, program development and ability to obtain funding for residential growth. Advance degree in related human service required.
