Our full range of services include early intervention, pre-school, family supports, day treatment and day habilitation programs, employment training and placement, clinical and residential services, as well as recreation and camping services.
Facilitate the audit process via staff training, systems development, and program evaluation.
YAI/NIPD is currently seeking Quality Assurance / Quality Improvement Specialists to oversee our Westchester, Rockland, and Bronx residential programs. Assist programs that serve individuals with developmental disabilities to develop strategies to ensures quality services. Facilitate the audit process via staff training, systems development, and program evaluation. Quality assurance / quality improvement specialists require excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of staff.
Hours: F/T Monday-Friday, primarily day hours with flexibility required.
Travel is required throughout our residential programs in Westchester, Rockland, and the Bronx.

Additional Qualifications:
- Quality Assurance Specialists
- BA/BS required, Masters preferred, 3-5 years with intellectual disabilities / developmental disabilities required.
