We are seeking talented entry-level and experienced Job Developers to develop employer accounts and identify job opportunities for our large scale Welfare to Work initiative, connecting disabled public assistance clients to a wide range of medical, vocational and support services to help them achieve self-sufficiency. This job is ideal for highly motivated individuals with strong customer service, communication, sales and marketing skills. Will Train.
Additional Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred. High School Diploma will be considered with related experience.
•Understanding of Welfare to Work population
•Knowledge of disabilities as they relate to employment.
•Strong marketing/sales experience.
•Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
•Basic computer software literacy and computer usage experience.
•Strong communication, networking, marketing and customer service skills
•Experience working with adults with disabilities preferred
•Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
