Description:
Coordinates and administers the delivery of comprehensive services to participants in a school or other setting. Provides supervision to assigned staff in the performance of their functions. Interacts with appropriate Board of Education staff to advance program functioning.
Essential Functions:
Coordinates, oversees and provides leadership to the program operations of multiple school or non-school sites.
Provides input into decisions regarding the hiring, orientation, training, performance evaluation, discipline and discharge of assigned staff.
Ensures that the quality of service provided to the participants meets funding source and accreditation standards.
Coordinates, prepares and presents statistical and narrative information and reports in a timely fashion.
Additional Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline. Master's Degree preferred.
3-5 years relevant experience in human service with an urban youth population, including at least two years in a supervisory capacity or and equivalent combination of education and experience in human services or related field.
