Description:

• Donor Process Management: implement donor service protocols to increase donor satisfaction in their interactions with the USO; handle donor needs that are escalated from the call center vendor; manage the IMO (in memory of)/IHO (in honor of) processes; develop and implement an effective matching gifts process; ensure and monitor the database integrity.

• Donor Process Enhancement: assist in developing donor recognition levels, membership benefits, and protocols to move the donors up the donor pyramid; provide support to the recurring donor club.

• Financial and Reporting Responsibilities: process and track donations received through Arlington office, and submit accurately to Finance; institutionalize cost cutting and saving measures in the donor process; prepare routine and ad hoc reports to internal and external stakeholders on incoming donations from various portals.

Additional Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required.

Two to four years experience in donor services field required, to include:

* Experience analyzing systems for effectives and implementing process improvement
* Experience with managing process
* Experience with vendor management a plus

Experience with various donor portals a plus, including web, phone, mail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, to include strong negotiation and problems solving.

Ability to multi-task, with strong track record of effective time management and on time project delivery.

Excellent computer skills, with database knowledge and fundraising software experience preferred in:

IDMI
CMS
Credit card processing
